Phase 1 was a full interior/exterior remodel and additions to the historical mansion located in Austin, TX to create Mattie's Restaurant. Project included new event spaces, main dining, private dining, 2 bars and full kitchen. Phase 2 is the addition of 100 guest room boutique hotel and parking structures.

Negotiation with wind farm developer for partial land lease on +/- 2500 acres and installation of nineteen state of the art turbine power generators including substation on these four sections of land in West Texas. Deal created long term and stable cash flow through minimum rents and royalties for land partnership.
